Delete your LUDINO account
Submit a secure account-deletion request. Our team will verify your account and confirm when the process is complete.
What happens next
You can submit a request here, or use Settings → Delete Account inside the LUDINO app.
Enter your User IDLocate the 8-digit User ID shown on your LUDINO profile and enter it in the request form.
Confirm your passwordEnter your account password. If one is not set, create it from the app’s Settings page first.
We verify your requestOur team confirms account ownership, checks for pending payments, and reviews remaining in-app currency.
Receive confirmationAfter the account is approved and deleted, you will receive a final notification from LUDINO.
