What we can help with
- Your account and the app — sign-in trouble, purchases, reporting a player, or anything that is not working.
- Privacy and your data — requests to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data, or to withdraw consent. See the Privacy Policy.
- Safety concerns — reporting harassment, hate speech or anything involving a minor. See our Community Guidelines, Child Safety Policy and Hate Speech, Bullying & Harassment policy.
- Copyright — take-down notices and authorisation requests. The Copyright Policy lists what a valid notice must contain.
- Law enforcement and regulators — data, emergency and preservation requests, as set out in the Law Enforcement Request Policy.
- Business partners — suppliers, agents and broadcasters should also read the Business Partner Code of Conduct.
- Account deletion — trouble finding your User ID, setting a password, or submitting the request form.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion from inside the app via Me → Settings → Account Management → Delete Account, or submit the account deletion request form on this site.
